This landscape lies in the Saflischtal, a largely unspoilt mountain valley. A large alpine solar plant (name: Grengiols-Solar) is to be built in this valley. A transport cableway from Berisal on the Simplon Pass would run through the landscape shown in this panoramic photo to the site of the planned solar plant. |
